As a Mission of the Diocese of St. Petersburg, the Catholic Student Center has "Members of the Mission" instead of "parishioners". Far from being a merely semantic distinction, this reflects a profound truth that all members of our community are called to participate in our mission to the students, faculty, and staff of the university.

Our Members of the Mission represent a permanent community that attends Mass at St Luke's Chapel and calls the Catholic Student Center its spiritual home. This community includes alumni, along with local residents and their families. Members of the Mission support our campus ministry efforts through their time, talent, and treasure.  They are foundational to our ongoing efforts to see a soul, a campus, and a city transformed by Christ.

All students and Members of the Mission are Catholic Bulls, and as such we are dedicated to providing a welcoming and prayerful community to all who worship with us at St. Luke's Chapel.
