Kevin Maloney serves as the Director of Mission Advancement at the CSC where he supports the mission “To See a Soul, a Campus, a City Transformed by Christ.”
A graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, Kevin has spent more than two decades involved in Catholic youth ministry at parishes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and now at St. Timothy’s in Lutz, FL. In the mid 90s, he and his wife encountered the Brotherhood of Hope through their young adult outreach in Somerville, MA, which played a significant role in shaping their family and faith life. He is grateful for the opportunity to now collaborate with the Brotherhood once again in this ministry to college students at USF.
After a 24 year career in the corporate world, Kevin felt called to full-time ministry. That calling first led him to Catholic Mission Trips, Inc., where he served as Director of Development and helped lay the foundation for long term sustainability. During his time there, he oversaw the implementation of key development tools, expanded the organization’s social media presence, launched a monthly giving program and developed a structured major gifts effort, all contributing to significant growth in mission impact and donor engagement.
Kevin is a devoted husband, father of six, and grandfather of three, with a fourth grandchild on the way! His passion for evangelization and formation flows from his vocation as a father and from a deep desire to see the next generation live fully in Christ.
At the Catholic Student Center, Kevin is focused on building a sustainable, mission driven advancement strategy to help bring the light of Christ to the USF campus and beyond.
