Benefits of gifts of stocks and bonds:
If you or your spouse works for an employer with a matching gift program, you may be able to double or even triple the value of your gift! Some companies even match gifts made by retirees.
To find out if your employer, or your spouse’s employer, has a matching gift program, contact your company’s personnel or human resources office. If your company supports a matching gift program, please request a form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift to the Catholic Student Center.
Companies that offer a matching gift program typically have guidelines that must be met before the gift can be matched, so please ask your employer for more information about the company’s requirements.
